Stephanie Grimbly is a Morning MBA student, majoring in Management Consulting and Business Design. Recently, Stephanie began working as an Independent Consultant, leveraging ethnographic research techniques to help large established organizations combat disruption and transform their business. A strong-held belief that constraints are catalysts for innovation – not obstacles – allows Stephanie to identify opportunities and establish productive partnerships.
VP, Professional Development
Annie is a PhD candidate in the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology at University of Toronto where her research focuses on personalized treatment of smoking cessation. She is an executive member of Autism Teenage Partnership, a non-profit aimed at providing accessible, free and safe places for teenagers living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in the Greater Toronto Region. She is passionate about creating high impact initiatives within the non-profit sector.
VP, Consultant Experience
Sean is a current MBA candidate at the Rotman School of Management. He holds an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto. Prior to his MBA, Sean worked at CIBC as a Process Engineer. Most recently, he has worked at KPMG as a management consultant in their Operations practice.
David Wang is a Data Scientist at the Royal Bank of Canada. He is currently pursuing his CFA Charter and is completing his Bachelor of Applied Science in Financial Engineering at the University of Toronto. As Vice-President of Operations, he works on the development and implementation of the organization's operations and works closely with the CMO to deliver strategic marketing initiatives and drive organizational growth.

Zakia is a Finance and Economics student at the Rotman Commerce program in the University of Toronto. Prior to joining UCG, he has worked in eight different industries, most recently supporting Customer Discovery in BlackBerry's Global Sales Strategy team. He is interested in helping engage and enable the top talent at UofT to drive transformative growth with UCG's clients, and in the process, build exceptional relationships with their peers, advisors, and clients.
