Shawn Gaviola


Shawn is an Undergraduate student at Ryerson University, graduating in 2019 with a Bachelor of Commerce. He is an engaged student leader, being the President of the Ryerson Consulting Association, as well as the Team Captain for the Men’s Varsity Fencing Team. Shawn has a passion for problem-solving and innovation. He hopes to deliver high quality impact in the Canadian not-for-profit space through UCG, by enabling communities to achieve their goals regardless of their financial capacity.

Rahul Nair

VP, Operations

Rahul is an MBA candidate at Ted Rogers School of Management with more than five years of internal consulting experience with Mercedes Benz (DTA) and Tata Motors Ltd – two of the world’s largest vehicle manufacturers. He has received numerous awards and recognitions and delivered unprecedented results across multiple projects vis-à-vis supplier upgradation, customer retention/relationship development and operations efficiency enhancements.

Ishani Sharma

VP, Operations

Ishani is an MBA graduate from the Ted Rogers School of Management and has recently joined IMAX Corporation in an Internal Audit role. Prior to MBA, Ishani worked at Deloitte for five years. Her core strengths of building trustworthy relationships and communicating effectively coupled with her passion for designing efficient and viable solutions, have led her to put maximum efforts in running the Ryerson Chapter with UCG.

Jacky Chen

VP, Professional Development

Jacky will graduate in April 2019 with his Bachelor of Commerce from Ryerson university where he is specializing in Economics. He has engaged in consulting work at UCG and other organisations. As the VP of Professional Development at the Ryerson Chapter, Jacky aims to develop incoming consultants and perform operational duties. He is passionate in helping non-profit organizations and the expansion of UCG.
