Lead Advisor, Capgemini
Alexandra McCalla is a Senior Consultant with Business Transformation at Capgemini where she is focused on organisational change for technology impacted business strategy. Prior to joining Capgemini she gained experience across a range of technology industries, including visual effects, digital media distribution, and online gaming. Paired with her educational background in Film and Economics, Alexandra's unique experiences have allowed her to successfully facilitate the people, process, and technology side of change with clients.
Lead Advisor, Accenture
Danica is based out of Toronto and joined Accenture’s Strategy practice as a Strategy Analyst in September 2016 after an internship the summer of 2015. Before joining Accenture, she completed a dual degree at Western in Software Engineering and Ivey HBA. Danica has industry experience working in Retail, Financial Services, and Public Sector. She has functional experience in Technology Strategy, Operating Model Design, ZBO and Digital Marketing.
Amanda is a manager in Accenture’s Strategy practice. She primarily works with organizations to help them to define their customer experience strategy. She holds both a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and Honours Business Administration (HBA) degrees from the Ivey Business School.
Craig is a Technology Strategy Consultant based in Toronto. Contributing to various project teams, Craig works on client engagements where he helps to develop technology-centric strategies to unlock value and accomplish organizational objectives. Since joining the consulting field, Craig has been working across industries defining digital architectures, planning technology transformations, and enabling differentiating capabilities at leading organizations. Craig holds a Bachelors of Information Systems degree honouring in Enterprise Technology from St. Francis Xavier University
Cameron graduated from the Ivey HBA program prior to joining Accenture’s office in Toronto. His experience at Accenture Strategy includes a business transformation project for a large Canadian loyalty incumbent and a customer experience and innovation project for a global consumer products company. During his time at Accenture, Cameron has gained functional experience in product incubation, Agile, service design, business casing, blockchain strategy, experience-led market scans, and operating model design.
Helen is deeply passionate about open innovation and social good. Her current role is leading a niche innovation service, which she co-founded, at one of the largest global tech consulting companies in the world. This led to her being recognized as a “25 Under 25 Achiever” by the global crowdsourcing community. She has delivered several innovation workshops at diversity conferences and has been a strong champion and advocate for corporate entrepreneurship. During her free time, she is an avid backpacker and an obsessive foodie.
Tamer is a Consultant on the Commercial Effectiveness Services team at IQVIA, helping Canadian pharmaceutical companies deliver enhanced performance. He obtained a Master’s in Technology & Innovation Management from the University of Queensland, where he developed a keen interest in the business side of life sciences. He also holds a Bachelor of Life Science from the University of Toronto. Tamer enjoys experiencing other cultures, reading about business and Latin dancing.
Jeremy is an Associate at Strategy&, formerly Booz & Company, where he has worked with clients in energy, financial services, transportation, and the public sector. He has prior experience at Microsoft and Cenovus Energy, and holds a dual chemical engineering and pure chemistry degree from Queen’s University. Outside his client engagements, Jeremy enjoys volunteering with the Queen’s Young Engineering Alumni association as a Co-Chair.
Sofia is based out of Toronto and joined Accenture’s Strategy practice as a Strategy Analyst. She has industry experience working in the Canadian retail and travel industries. Sofia has functional experience in Customer Experience Strategy, Operating Model Design, ZBO & Business Value Case.
Sofia holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada.
Tarik Ali is a Management Consulting Analyst at Accenture. He has worked on projects in a variety of industries, including transportation, telecommunications, and resources. Prior to his time at Accenture, Tarik completed his Bachelor's of Science degree at the University of Toronto. Outside of his client work, Tarik spends time mentoring students and playing sports.
Taharka is a Consulting Manager at PwC focusing in strategy and execution. He helps executives and senior leadership make important decisions and complete initiatives to achieve desired results. In addition to his fulltime role as a consultant Taharka is very active in the community. Two of his passions are: advising students on career paths in professional services and providing pro bono consulting services to social entrepreneurs and professionals in social innovation.
Zohair is a Manager at Deloitte with a focus on growing Deloitte's footprint in the Insurance sector, specifically related to implementation of business systems and identifying analytics opportunities in order to help clients meet strategic objectives. Zohair has always maintained a deep interest in Mathematics, Music, Literature, Philosophy and Computer Science and graduated from University of Toronto (Class of 2014) with a major in Computer Engineering and an Entrepreneurship Certificate. In his spare time, Zohair likes to compose, perform and produce music to preserve his sanity. Always up for a jam.
